Angkor d1

Today we finally went to Angkor!!!!We took a 3 days pass, and with our tuk tuk we organised the small tour. We started with Angkor Wat, who's a symbolic representation of mont  Meru ( the mont olympus of the hindu).
the three is hiding the renovations at the front of the temple.

This is shiva.
The bridge before bayon:

Then we went to see bayon. This was amazing, such a beautiful temple, so peaceful so different, with all this faces of boudha everywhere. I totally loved it and the top of the temple is also tiny so it make it feel more imitate.
37 tours
Each pillar has 4 faces of Buddha carved, who represent the  4th virtues of Bouddha:
Metta is compassion, whether through a physical act, thought, word or deed. Karuna is the representation of pity. Mutita is the virtue of rejoicing at other people's happiness and Oupekha is impartiality.

And then we went to ta prohm, i really couldn't wait to go there and omg, this is something you need to see once in you life.
To see how trees grow over temples, how massive and impressive they can be, it fell like they are alive obviously they are, but it feels more like in the cartoons with bad trees with long root... I don't know how to explain, but it really
something to see. This one was my favorite one.
